Quiet, Cool, and Apartment Approved

Never thought I’d describe an air conditioner as chic, but here we are. 😆 My bougie Windmill keeps the apartment cool, runs surprisingly quietly, and doesn’t make my window look like every other clunky NYC AC. The app control is a huge plus, and overall it’s been worth every bit of summer sanity.

Replacement Unit

Hi - The replacement unit we received is already having issues....When using the AC the unit makes a loud rattling sound...This is our 2nd unit...The first is the same model and has worked great for one year...This was a replacement from a unit that had an E1 error code and has not worked well at all.

Warranty

Used unit for one season and it stopped working by blowing cold air. Did all the trouble shooting and still did not work. It was replaced under warranty. I love it and hope first unit was a fluke and this one last longer.
