The safe is what you'd expect for an economy model. I was particularly impressed with the 1400 degree rating, as many safes only advertise a 1200 degree rating. Door came off easily so that we could move it without getting hernias. The keypad, WHEN IT WORKS, is OK. But overall... they suck. DON'T LOSE YOUR KEYS!!! You'll need them. The keypad requires REALLY fresh batteries - like dated 4-5 years in advance. Even then, though, they fail very easily. I bought two of these pieces of garbage, and I got total pushback from "Winchester" (the phone number comes up as "Granite Security Products") when I tried to get a keypad replaced under warranty. I had misplaced the receipt, and TSC couldn't find it in their records, so "Winchester" flat out left me hanging. I just recently found it, and tried to contact them. They ignore emails, and their phone system seems designed to prevent you from talking to anything other than a voice mail box. Which they ignore. DON'T BUY THIS CRAP. GET A DECENT BRAND. Or resign yourself to using the metal keys.

Great safe for the money. All I did was add lights.

Very solid and failry priced. Easy enough to reprogram the code and keep everything secure.
