22" Master Touch

My wife gave me a 22" Master Touch for Christmas. It replaces a 20+ year old 22" Weber Kettle which is still going strong. She also got the Heat Controller cone & ring and a new cover. It went together super easy in about 30 min. I like how it's taller than my old Weber Kettle. Also like the ash bin. My old one didn't have one Fired it up first time Christmas day and grilled steaks for Christmas dinner. I used the Heat Controller cone to sear the steaks. They turned out great. Tonight, I cooked chicken wings using the cone again they were out of this world. You can't go wrong with the Weber Kettle

I got my Weber in time for Thanksgiving and was able to smoke a Turkey. The unit was easy to maintain temps and the Turkey came out beautiful and tasty!
