Coconut coir bricks are composed of three different types of compressed coconut coir. This high quality, low sodium growing medium is an alternative to sphagnum peat Moss. When hydrated with water, Coco bricks & blocks rapidly expand which saves you time & effort. They can be exclusively used by themselves, blended together or mixed with expanded clay pellets, perlite or topsoil. Better still, you can run it through a chipper & amend your soil with It. Incredibly strong, it makes a better candidate for use with enzyme products that convert roots to biomass.

I recieved this product for free from influenster to review. I used this to start some herb seeds indoors. It was very easy to work with and holds moisture very well.

I'm so happy with this water loving, absoyrbant coconut coir soil addition! Not only can you usey in your containers and beds, throw it in your compost to kill the smell! It should last you for more than one season, I put some above my tulip bulbs to help with the drought we are having. Soaking up a little more water won't hurt. All in all.....A+
