My plants seem super happy once I added this into my pots! It was easy to blend with soil, low dust and added a nice appearance to the top. Doesn’t add much weight either which is nice

I mixed the Perlite into my soil. My strawberries are doing well. It’s a very light product and it’s odorless. Be careful using it on a windy day. It’s like styrofoam. Hoping for a great crop this year!

OK will be saying that I received it with the little cuts in the middle but you know what it is what it is and we made it work. I recently got some tulips and I love that this came out of perfect timing so hopefully my tulips look nice. It is big size medium size. If we’re being honest, you could use it really well love it that it had the instructions easy to use. Nothing too complicated or rocket science.

Miracle-Gro Perlite Improves Drainage & Aeration in Potting Mixes. There are simple, step by step and detailed directions for use on the packaging. You can use it two ways. One is growing plants from cuttings, which is a joyI I simply take a clipping from a plant I already have, then follow the directions completely. This includes watering the stock plant the night before. Then you pour the Perlite into and planter and add water. Make some holes with a pencil and inserting the cutting. Be sure to keep it out of the direct sunlight and moist. Then wait and watch it grow stable roots. You have an additional choice for use as well and that is storing bulbs and root crops. You put the bulbs in a container, pour Miracle-Gro Perlite around the bulbs without packing them down or watering them. They will be ready when you are! Isn’t that wonderful?! There was no lumpiness in the particles and they easily blend with Miracle-Gro soil. The re-planting part was a breeze. I was done with that project in just a few minutes. I smelled nothing chemical and the pot was a bit more lightweight. That makes sense because the plant will have more space to shoot out new roots. It is so fun making your own new plants, I mean just imagine how much money this can save. I love it!
