VetOne Vitamin K-1 Chewable Tablets for Dogs are made to help counteract the effects of hypoprothrombinemia, a condition that causes increased risk of bleeding. Vets may recommend dogs take a VetOne Vitamin K-1 supplement after accidentally ingesting commercial rodenticides or other drugs that interfere with vitamin K metabolism. - 50 mg strength tablets containing phytonadione
- Counteracts the effects of hypoprothrombinemia, a condition that causes increased risk of bleeding
- Helps form prothrombin, a protein that clots the blood, in order to reduce your dog's bleeding risk
- Commonly used when dogs accidentally ingest commercial rodenticides or other coumarin-based compounds or drugs that interfere with vitamin K metabolism
