Q: What percent seed types?
9 months ago- A: Hello, thank you for your question. Per the vendor, "Named varieties; Tall Fescue ~89%, ~10% Bluegrass."9 months agoHelpful?
Q: What is the germinations rate?
a year ago- A: You’ll start to see germination of some of the grass varieties in 10-14 days but I would recommend watering regularly for 30-45 days for all the grasses to establish than water as needed.a year agoHelpful?
Q: Seed breakdown…70% turf tall fescue, 30% hybrid bluegrass…etc
3 years ago- A: This is a mix of advance varieties of Tall Fescue and Kentucky Bluegrass.3 years agoHelpful?
Q: I have a backyard that the turf sense seed would be ideal for. The yard is a mixture of fescue, clover, and weeds. When is the best time to seed the yard with the turf sense seed? And do you need to kill the weeds before seeding
4 years ago- A: Spring or fall is ideal, the best time to plant anything is the fall when you have warm ground temperatures and milder ambient temperatures. September is a great time to plant, you have time before the first freeze (if in the north) and the seed has time to establish and harden in the soil. Unfortunately, if you do anything to treat for existing weeds this many delay planting. You would need to refer to the recommended use of the weed control you're using.4 years agoHelpful?
Q: Can you over seed on brrmuda
5 years ago- A: It can but I would recommend an Annual or Perennial Ryegrass (or mix of both) for winter over seeding. Panterra V OverSeeding Rye Would be an excellent choice. Need to make sure that the ground temperature are above 65 degrees before planting.5 years agoHelpful?
