It is also designed to be greener, denser and more durable than Kentucky-31. The grass seed requires full sun and part shade to grow. It covers up to 10,000 sq. ft. of area.

It's what the builder used. Sadly heavy rains had washed some of it away so I got this to fill in the holes. I'm happy with the seeds that didn't get washed away. Seems like it has a good amount of drought resistance.

1st off when did it become $110 .. It used tk be $75. Just ran out. Wont be buying this brand. At meast not from this store!! Its not that great a product to be paying more. My grass had patches which this never really covered. Price vs. Results do not compare

two 40 lb bags wasted, not too much been a Time and Labor of prepping in the ground getting it ready with mulch and come host going to have a few hairs grow last fall this year nothing came up put more new compost we did it tried a different grass seed in it it's growing good Scott did not guarantee it contacted them never got anywhere with them instead of the bank no quibbles don't believe it do not buy this product
