Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great results My wife bought this and applied one "bale" in some hard to grow areas, some on slopes where grass seed usually just washes away. I gave her a hard time about it until the grass started coming up, and in just a few days. the patches are now full of beautiful grass!

I did not see any seed or fertilizer in the bag. Just straw. Has anyone else noticed this? Had it laid down now for 10 days and no grass.

Asked by: sef3rd
The seeds are very small and stick to the straw pieces. There is definitely seed & fertilizer in those bags.Continue to water daily to help with germination. Many things can affect how long that takes depending where they live, temperature in that area, soil type etc.

Is this pet safe? Can it withstand dog foot traffic?

Asked by: Books17
This is an all-natural product that is pet friendly. Once the grass is fully established it will withstand dog traffic. It is suggested to keep all traffic off the EZ Straw Lawn Repair Mix until the grass is established.
