The Action Hoe cuts weeds below ground level with a back and forth action. This minimizes the amount of time weeding as conventional hoes work only with a pulling action. The Action Hoe shap allows you to get closer to plants as well.

This thing was recommended from serious gardners. It actually works to get rid of the winter weeds and clean up the beds without disturbing the spring bulbs, and tender new shoots. It is not for loosening the soil, its just push it across the bed and the weeds are chopped off at their neck. Very nicely made.
