Great for a beautiful lawn

This landscape rake is great to help you get one of those perfectly smooth lawns. Its super-wide blade lets you smooth wide swatches at a time and leaves an even, level surface for your grass.

More for definite work then general lawn care

I purchased it for thatching my lawn and raking leaves after asking a store employee. It is not ideal for raking leaves but ok for thatching with effort. Good for moving dirt though when you are leveling an area and removing rocks.

Sturdy and light weight

Great for landscaping and spreading bulk material. This has a very large head with tines on one side and smooth on the other so you can push bulk material and then spread it evenly. The tines are broad and not sharp so they don't dig in either. It's very light weight for as large as it is, but has stabilizers on the head so is very sturdy.

Improper training of employees

Went to the Sterling Heights store. Bought the rake on Thursday. Used it for the first time Friday. With in 5 minutes the fell apart. Root cause: improper assembly of handle to rake. Lock nuts missing. The gooved/slotted end of handle must clamp onto rake not bolt on top rake head.
No, I do not recommend this product.

Store pickup a hassle. TSC has poor inventory!

I originally purchased/paid for this as store pickup. Then TSC said that location didn't have it. I had to start over. What a hassle. Must be bad when you can't tell what is available. Don't they do inventory?
