Rated 5 out of 5 by from idea for garden work Bought this several months ago and grab it first when heading to garden. Idea for removing weeds in garden and flower beds. Like it so much, I will have it welded if the weld doesn't hold.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Cheaply made Bought the cultihoe last spring and it worked great. Started using it this spring and the flat "hoe" part started bending with use. I noticed the weld that holds the hoe to the shaft is cracked. It will soon break completely off after only 1-1/4 seasons of use. After looking at this in more detail, I can see that the design is poor for this type of tool. There is only a small weld that holds the flat piece to the shaft, unlike a regular hoe which has a curve on the end of the shaft to which the flat part is then welded. So in this case, unlike a regular hoe, all the force during normal use winds up as a bending stress at the weld. Not good. Don't waste you money on this tool. If you need a hoe, buy a hoe. If you need something to cultivate with, buy something separate.
