The front-wheel drive system of the Troy-Bilt TB200C self-propelled mower is ideal for navigating around trees, playgrounds, patios and other obstacles in the yard. Powered by a reliable 163cc Troy-Bilt engine, it is designed for easy starting. Dual-lever, 6-position height adjustment makes it easy to change cutting heights from 1-1/4 in. to 3-3/4 in. Mulching kit and rear bag options are included. It is backed by a 2-year limited warranty. Make it over rough terrain with the 8 in. front and rear wheels. The lawn mower also comes with a 15 gauge 21 in. steel deck for durability.

Ok so far but...

a month ago

I just purchased in desperation as my old mower wouldn't start. Easy to assemble and started right up. I do not like the front wheel drive as you can barely push the mower without engaging the self-propelled. This makes it more difficult going around trees and such. The cover will not stay on. Maybe there is trick I'm missing but I put it back on a dozen times and just won't stay in place. Very annoying. Mower clogged quickly in grass that was a little thicker (I was not using bag). I'm surprised given the engine is higher powered than my old one. We'll see if this one lasts. Still considering if I should return.

Leave no blade uncut- what a joke!

If you are the kind of person that enjoys going over the lawn 4 or 5 times to get a clean mow job, then this is the mower for you! Even with a brand new blade, it totally sucks. I always heard Troy-Bilt was a great mower, but I guarantee you, I will never buy one again. It runs great, but cuts very poorly!

I recently purchased this Troy Built Self-Propelled Lawn Mower to replace the same Troy Built Self-Propelled Lawn Mower that I have been using for 15 or more years, problem free ! I am as pleased with this new mower as the previous mower ! Troy Built makes an outstanding mower in my eyes .
