A used/returned product was delivered as brand new

This was a Christmas present and was delivered used - please see attached pictures - no owners manual, gas already in and lid not tightened, rust on visible parts please see pictures, and it came with grass already in bag and chute of mower. I have returned this product but for my issues and time as well as other issues with this order tractor supply needs to do something to make it right - would love to talk to them about customer service and satisfaction. I received no apology from the Taylorsville NC store that delivered it. Tractor supply do better.

Poor design

The lawn mower broke after 4 months of use. The shop that’s gonna repair said the issue is a poor design and it happens often. I got a warranty but the part that broke is not covered so I have will to pay another 130 on top of the 1500 I paid for the lawn mower.
No, I do not recommend this product.

If you buy this mower,go ahead and order about 5 clutch cables.I have replaced them,and now I,m done ...Bad design.When you pull back too engage the clutch ,the plastic piece breaks.

Great all around lawnmower

The Toro TimeMaster 30" is an excellent investment for homeowners with medium-to-large lawns who want to get their weekends back. It delivers near-commercial cut width without forcing you to dedicate massive garage space to a riding mower.
If you manage a half-acre to an acre of grass, a standard 21-inch mower takes too long, but a riding mower or zero-turn can feel unnecessary and hard to store. The Toro TimeMaster fills that niche directly. Featuring a wide 30-inch dual-blade steel deck and a 223cc Briggs & Stratton engine, it cuts mowing time down significantly while keeping the walk-behind format.
