Will outlast any battery powered lawn mower mowing or life of parts without repairs.I have just about every milwaukee battery tool. All of their battery tools are great and lighter than gas powered units but when the going gets really tough with muscle involved the batteries cant compete.

BROKEN DRIVE SHAFT IN 2 MONTHS NOT COVERED TO FIX

BOUGHT IN JUNE, BROKEN DRIVE SHAFT BY AUGUST. We have a small patch of grass that our driving mower cannot get to so we bought this mower. We mowed this area maybe once per week and suddenly the mower started shaking. We called TroyBilt and they sent me to the nearest service center that they cover for servicing the mower under warranty. Of course, a broken drive shaft is not covered under warranty so we went to pick the mower up and they couldn't find it and they waived the $15 assessment fee. I called Troybilt and they said "call the police or call your insurance company" and that they do not contact the place that they told me to go to. They also said "It's like calling Chevrolet if your corvette was stolen". Horrible customer service, horrible mower. So the consumer is out of a mower AND out of the money I paid for it.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Terrible Customer Service from Tractor Supply Co.

I ordered a Self Propelled Troy Bilt #TB230B XP, and I was delivered a #TB120C which was not a Self Propelled mower. I hate buying stuff on line, but Tractor Supply did not have much in stock at my Yorktown, VA store. I was happy delivery was free to my home because I am a Preferred Plus Neighbor member. I come home from work and see before I get out of my car that they delivered the wrong one, so I call the local Tractor Supply Store and Debbie says there's nothing she can do to call the online Customer Care number. I called and was on the phone for 45 minutes with no answer. I look on line and it says I can return it to any Tractor Supply Co. Store, so I load it up and return it. The lady at the register says "good luck". Like is that what they are depending on is good luck. All around bad service. In order to be successful, you need to be accurate in your work!

No, I do not recommend this product.
