Don't care about the customers!

This lawn tractor arrived a rusted mess! Whatever happened to quality. I trusted Troy-Bilt I wanted this mower we paid extra for shipping. Website did not allow 0% interest which was advertised. And then it arrives looking like it's been used and sitting out in the weather for 2 years. In the Poconos no less. I am furious!

Mower died....

I got the mower delivered. They drove it off the trailer and around the yard once. Then i took it out of my shed and made it around my acer yard 5 times and it died. Now I have to get it picked up and fixed. Not happy about this.

Brand new mower already needs a repair!

I am not happy at all. Apparently, the belt has jumped. I’m left having to get it to a shop. It would be nice to have a service to come out for repairs.
