Q: Will the Royal Wing 8 oz. Bird Treat Seed Bar/Block Fit In This Or Does It Have To Be 4 oz. Seed Bar/Block?

- A: This feeder fits standard suet cakes/bars/blocks that are within 5.5” T x 4.9” W x 1.6” D. The Royal Wing 8oz bar/block is not one of our SKUs, but I believe those bars are approximately 4.5” x 4.5” x 1” so they should fit within this feeder.3 years agoHelpful?

The birds surround this feeder daily and the suet still lasts a while! I love bird watching and any products that attract them, but these bird feeders are the most durable we have found!

I purchased the smallest feeders because I don’t routinely feed the birds, but due to the unusual cold weather wanted to help them. The squirrels figured out how to open them and ran away with the suet. I think the latch should be on the top rather than the bottom. If I use them again, I will wrap the latch with some wire
