Its a Win-Win product!

I bought this product because I love watching birds, and I was on a limited budget. I am so glad I got this because it has attracted so many different types of birds in such a short amount of time. Right now it is taking the test of time in this harsh winter, and so far it has held up. This is such a great bargain. If you are on a budget, and you still want to enjoy the wildlife around you I recommend this product.

Beautiful while it lasted.

We bought this feeder at the start of Spring. The birds loved it. I liked that it had the two suet fillings on either side.
Well..it broke. I got 1 season out of it. Surprisingly enough it wasn't the hanger that broke. Looks like a screw or something came loose from the right side and it just fell apart.

Not good quality, didn’t even last 6 months!

I bought the feeder 3 months ago and the hanging line broke in 4 months. I am disappointed. Also they don’t offer any warranty and there is no official customer service for royal wing. I don’t know how a company can sell bird feeders and food and various products without warranty.

TSC prevents any poor-quality product reviews from being seen by other customers by falsely claiming that critical reviews contain "inappropriate content". I was only disappointed in this product. Now Im just wholly disappointed and skeptical of Tractor Supply! I also tried exchanging something yesterday in-store that was brand-new with tags, and I provided the receipt, but it was refused because the purchase receipt was over 30 days.
