I love going to TS everyone is always friendly and welcoming. There’s always someone who is willing to listen and help. The selection of products is wonderful but also it’s fun just to see the decorative and unusual things they have. My dogs love to shop there also. Prices are very affordable

I also had the same experience of birds not eating at the new feeder. I figured it out that the perch was not allowing the bird to face the feeder to eat. So I glued small y shaped branches to the feeder post that are provided. Problem solved. They're eating at it all the time!

Birds are not going to it

I don't know what it is but I've had this feeder up for weeks and basically the birds aren't interested in it. This is in a spot that I had a somewhat similar feeder (a little larger as far as capacity) and it always had activity. Maybe it's the small perches or the location of the openings but so far I'm looking out my window of a feeder that never needs refiling since it's not being 'visited'. Should have bought something else.
No, I do not recommend this product.

All the red plastic pieces are breaking including the one that holds the hanger at the top. Waste of money.
