We offered several different suet cakes to our wild birds. The woodpecker crunch is the favorite out of all the different ones we have tried. I like it because it is not messy to load into the cages like some others. It is more brittle then the other types but that's ok. When the woodpeckers and blue jays break it apart it feeds the doves and squirrels on the ground. It's a win win for them all.

Woodpeckers (and other birds, too) love this food...local stores need larger supply on hand so customers don't have to special order or stockpile by going to numerous stores to buy what the birds want!

I'd like to give this product five stars but I won't simply because it is rarely in stock. Supply and demand is the basis of good business.
