The Standlee Premium Western Forage Premium Timothy Grab and Go Compressed Hay Bale is made from high quality sun-cured forage that has been double compressed compared to traditional string bales, saving storage space, and shrink-wrapped, limiting mess. Standlee Premium Western Forage timothy hay is highly palatable and contains low to moderate protein and high digestible fiber, giving your horse the energy it needs to perform. It also contains 8% protein content. Available in approximately 50 lb. bales. Suitable for all life stages.

On average most horses comfortably consume 2% of their body weight in dry forage per day. This equates to 20 lb. of dry forage per day for a 1,000 lb. horse. Standlee recommends that you weigh the amount of forage provided to each horse to ensure you are feeding the proper amount. This is especially important with baled and compressed forage since similar volumes of forage (a flake for example) vary in weight. Standlee also recommends you cut the bands on compressed bales and allow the bale to expand overnight to avoid overfeeding. Feed Standlee Premium Western Baled or Standlee Premium Western Compressed Forage at a minimum rate of 1.5% of body weight. Gradually increase or decrease the amount of forage to maintain desired body condition. Never feed moldy or insect infested forage to horses. Always provide free-access to fresh, clean water. Perfect for Guinea pigs

Bought this for my Guinea pigs and skinny pigs. They love it!!! They totally ignored their usual kaytee timothy hay and devoured this hay. Expands perfectly inside a 200 qt sterilite tote. Smells great, soft and the piggies give it 2 thumbs up!

**DO NOT FEED TO YOUR GUINEA PIGS**

After only 2 weeks on this hay, one of my guinea pigs that was very healthy developed a respiratory infection that turned to pneumonia and passed away. The vet said it was most likely this hay, as nothing in his diet or environment changed but by adding this. It is incredibly dusty, and moldy smelling.
Stay away if you are thinking of feeding this to your guinea pigs.
No, I do not recommend this product.

But this one that came a few days ago
Was a nightmare
My guinea pigs will eat it in due time , but they don’t jump and pop corn for this bale , sad situation
