The SportDOG YardTrainer 100S Remote Trainer for Stubborn Dogs was built for more stubborn and easily distracted dogs by offering its static stimulations in a higher range than the YT-100 model. with 100 yards of range, this remote dog training collar system is ideal for training around the house, yard, park, or any situation where your dog is within 100 yards of you. It's a compact and discrete dog remote trainer that is packed with premium features at a value price. Built with DryTek technology, the remote training collar system is waterproof and submersible to 25 feet. It's rechargeable and offers three stimulation types: tone, vibration, and eight levels of static stimulation. Each stimulation type has a dedicated button, allowing you to easily deliver the stimulation that best fits the situation and your dog's temperament. I bought this to help train my 5 month old puppy. My parents have ordered from this company in the past and like their products. I chose this specific collar as its advertised for “stubborn” dogs and invisible fencing wasn’t doing the trick for my puppy. Using this collar has done amazing in assisting me in training him!

Works great for our Rottweiler

My dog trainer recommended this collar for our Rottweiler, who has done great with obedience training, but continued to pull when heeling and would not consistently come when called if there was a scent trail or other distraction. The instructions in the booklet were very helpful for getting us started. The tone and vibration options were not effective, but a level 1 on the static stimulation works well. With just a week of consistent training, she is doing great and often just putting the collar on her is enough of a reminder that we do not need to use it more than once and sometimes not at all.
Yes, I recommend this product.

I’m pleased with the collar and how my Great Dane is responding to it. It’s a great help!! What I find very frustrating tho, is that there’s no quick release buckle for putting it on or taking it off. So very frustrating to struggle with the regular buckle daily on a wiggly 80+lb adolescent dog. Are there collar options?
