The SportDOG Brand SportHunter 1225X is our mid-level e-collar in the long-range, SportHunter family. This SD-1225X model provides up to 3/4 mile range for up to 3 dogs (with purchase of Add-A-Dog collars). Designed in the field by hunters and dog trainers just like you, the SD-1225X allows you to communicate with your dog using tone, vibration, or one of the 21 levels of static stimulation. The remote is designed to be operated without having to look at it, needing only a slight movement of the dial and the push of a button to deliver a stimulation. This customizability and ease-of-use ensures your training is consistent, immediate, and tailored to your dog's unique personality.

  • Provides 21 levels of static stimulation and the option to train with vibration, shock, and tone
  • Expandable to 3 dogs with purchase of additional Add-A-Dog collars (SDR-A)
  • Waterproof and submersible to 25 feet using DryTek technology
  • The rechargeable lithium-ion batteries included with this dog collar for training charge in 2 hours
  • The transmitter battery lasts 40-60 hours per charge and the receiver battery lasts 140-160 hours per charge
  • For dogs 8 pounds or larger with neck sizes 5 in. to 22 in.
  • Designed for ease-of-use and no look operation
  • Low battery indicator lets you know when it is time to recharge the SportHunter dog training collar
  • Includes: a remote transmitter with removable antenna receiver on a 3/4 in. matte collar strap, a charging cradle, a charging adaptor, standard contact points, long contact points, a lanyard, a belt clip, a test light tool, an operating guide, and a basic training manual

I have had this product and wanted one with more features! I can set up th remote for tone, Vibrate and stim on different buttons. This is great and I am satisfied I also wanted one with a longer range.
