Just greatI have a German Shepard that is a kangaroo. She will jump a six-foot fence. I couldn't keep her in the yard and once gone, she was a goner. I bought the SportDog collar and have never seen a dog change behavior so quickly from the very moment we used it.

Awesome TrainerI bought this product a year and a half ago. I have only had to use the shocking buttons a total of 6 times at the most. It has a button on the side that you press that makes a beeping noise right before you shock them and they hear that and stop what they're doing because they don't want to be shocked again (I wouldn't either). It stays charged probably about four days for me. I don't always keep it on when its on her neck now. I did at first but now she pretty well listens to me instead of having to beep all the time. I do use it though when we go out doors because dogs feel free to do and go where they want to naturally so when she starts to wonder off I just beep her back to me. Love this trainer. PS... I did fight with myself at first on whether or not to use it because of the pain factors as I used it on myself first (ouch lol) but when I talked to my vet about it, he said their fur is thick and their skin is pretty thick too and they don't feel it like we do at the level that is not too painful for them. The level of the shock you use depends on the thickness of the fur and the stubbornness of the dog. But like I said, when done correctly, you don't have to use the shocker much at all.
