Clean oil is the same color as the dipstick = hard to read. It requires 20 oz of oil, you gave me 32. Guess what happened. The dipstick markings are not aligned with the auto-shutoff feature. The oil will show as adequate on the dipstick, but the shutoff sensor will trigger and it won't start. Well built, sturdy. Once I got it going it worked well.

Good unit for residential use. I’ve used it about 7-8 hours so far cleaning concrete patio and driveway. The unit is easy to start but occasionally dies when I release pressure on wand. The unit has nice wheels for transport and the pressure hose is long enough for most jobs. I had a similar Simpson unit that lasted 9 yrs before the pump failed so I’m expecting to get at least that much life out of this new one.

Work well for pressure washing driveway and such BUT After 2 hours of use , It is leaking oil , I need to get it fix ....So...

I like how easy it is to start. I like that the Kohler engine came with Amsoil synthetic oil. It is very easy to roll on lawns. It was easy to assemble. The fuel tank is large enough to do about half of my house without stopping. My pressure washer did not have the manual in the box, I had to download it. The manual does not tell you if concentrated soap needs to be diluted for the soap tube. The hose is difficult to tighten on the pressure gun because the trigger guard is in the way. I had to use plyers to tighten enough to stop leaks.

Great pressure washer with plenty of power

Bought this machine 9/20/23 put it together the next day then on the 23rd took it to site. Started it up worked great until 30 mins later the gun blew apart at the wand went to TS for a replacement then went back to work, worked fantastic for another couple hours then started shutting its self off every 10 mins. Extremely frustrating, I took it to the store todo a swap and am now on my second machine. We shall see tomorrow if it can last a full day or not. Fantastic Machine when its working, but it has to last longer than 5 hrs.

Only used it once but it looks and sound great.

Purchased 3 years ago. No Problems at all. Lots of hours on this machine.

Easy assembly, worked good for the 1st few hrs. and then would not stay running. Had to return and get a refund. Very disappointed !

Recently purchased. Used for first time and was very pleased with performance.

I love this machine. So far use it twice , about 3 - 4 hrs. each time. Starts on first or second pull. Great pressure. i clean my driveway and sidewalk. Then i clean a deck and a whole house , no issues.

Pro: Works as advertised Con: 1) Handle is too low, takes up floor space & awkward to maneuver. Guess it was designed to fit in an SUV. Planning to modify for an upright design 2) No easy way to store wand with hoses attached 3) Throttle control hard to access 4) Lots of rattles when in use, sounds cheap 5) Should add a pressure relief after use

Purchased this product to share with my 2 sons, easy to assemble, has plenty pf power and PSI for home use. Did have an engine mount nut come off/loose and had to re-attach

As others have stated, I have a mixed review. The wand tips were not in the box when I unpackaged the pressure washer & did so out in the parking lot @ Tractor Supply & had to have an associate supply them which they were a little hesitate to do @ no charge to me. The handle where it attaches was bent so I had to true that back to a circular tube in order for the handle to slide onto the machine. The bolts that hold the handle on can only be used on the opposite side of the pump as the thumb screw will not fit between the handle & the pump. If the thumb screw was able to attach, the hose connection would not be able to be screwed onto the pump. I honestly scratch my head as to the folks that designs these with no regards to a person that will be using the power washer. As far as the actual use of the power washer, it did perform as it should, but as others have mentioned, the engine does leak some oil onto the frame to which the unit is mounted to. So, I guess that is a "Kohler" issue. I really get tired of money towards what should be a good product & have to deal with such issues. It really just goes to show us that most products are just disposable & the companies are just in it for the $.

I did a lot of research before buy this pressure washer. I have a good size pool deck that I had been using a 2100psi washer to clean but I had not been pleased with the results. I got this home read the instructions and put it together. My first surprise when I attached the handle to the unit there was major interference with the female hose attachment on the pump (pic). In order for me to attach or remove the water hose I needed to remove the handle.. But I wanted to use the machine so I dealt with it. Attached to water hose, pressure hose and surface cleaner attachment (not included). This machine delivered the power I was looking for and concrete was begining to shine. Then suddenly I hear a thump. I look back and one of the tires had come off. Upon closer examination I see it is missing the wheel hub clip (Pic).. Stop work and head out to find a clip... 1 hour later I was able to locate one, installed it and back at it... Concrete came out great. Two days later I decide to do my driveway... Still dealing with water hose issue.. The pressure washer fire up on second pull and off I go.. 20 minutes later the pressure starts to sputter. Motor sounds fine but pressure is not. I turn it off go through all the checks and all seems well. Fire it back up and all is good... I finished my driveway without anymore issues and driveway looks good. After a day of thinking about it I decided return it. I really liked the power and it did a great job but issues just kept popping up. Not sure what to do next... I still need a pressure washer for my house and fence..

Works very well- even without soap the pressure cleans surfaces nicely.

Starts real easy, has a lot of pressure I recommend this washer

Works as expected with no issues is easy to start and use.

Does not work using the soap dispenser line, rather then returning the washer I called Simpson and they are sending me hopefully the parts needed.

Shuts off after three minutes and won’t restart. Was told to drive an hour to a service center for repair. Would prefer a full refund.

I have had experience with both the Kohler and Honda motors on these units. I lean towards the Honda, but so far Kohler is working fine. Really powerful unit!

Very happy with this pressure washer, probably more heavy duty than needed for residential use but price was right. I saw a lot of reviews saying unit showed up damaged but mine showed up fine, takes two minutes to assemble. Also see a lot of people claiming soap siphon doesnt work, mine works perfectly fine as well. Kohler motor fires right up on first pull every time.
