Open fuel cap if it it is staving for fuel

Great pump but know this, if it shuts off on its own it could be you will need to crack the fuel cap for air. I called tech support, very knowledgeable and suggested this and it worked. The air intake into the fuel tank wasn’t sufficient for full power

Used one time when we purchased and when we took it back out a few months later to use, the manifold where output hose connects cracked and shoots water out when trying to use so there is no pressure to the actual hose. Trying to get in touch with someone to get warranty work done is a NIGHTMARE. They have you call shops that dont even work on the equipment and then try to send you over an hour away...and they will not just send the part to you to fix on your own. Definitely do not recommend

Simpson won't Run

This Simpson pressure washer is Total Crap!! It's like most people nowadays. When it gets Hot, it Quits!! If you like pulling on the pull rope until your tongue hangs out, Praying and Cussing, then this is the right washer for you. Went through 2 in 1 week. Tractor Supply made it right.
