The fuel siphon pump's handheld nozzle has a lock and unlocked feature to meet with the EPA standards. Worked once. Waste of money.

Worked the first time to remove gas from a car into a gas can so that I could replace the fuel sender unit in the car's tank. Three weeks later, no suction at all on the pump. I know gas can eat rubber and plastic over time, so I ran fresh water through the pump after the first use, but it still failed.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Bought it with high hopes, black hose has memory so you have to position the can just right to use it or the hose memory will tilt the can even when full. Can also has to be higher than what youre filling to get the siphon to work. Better off using a funnel or hand pump
