I have been buying this product from Tractor Supply for 6+ years now. Originally I was very happy w/ cost, quality, and quantity of black sonflower seeds. But most recently, there has been more sticks.stalks, and misc. debris packaged in the bag w/ the seeds. I bought a new bag yesterday, from T. Supply, sealed from the factory. THE WHOLE BAG IS LITTERED W/ DEBRIS. I am VERY unhappy w/ product. WILL NOT BUY IT AGAIN.

My bird neighbors are obsessed with this seed! I just ran out and put in a different one temporarily and the difference is astonishing. The only downside is that they love it so much you’ll have to buy it more often. :)

Great Product Customer Service Not So Good

Have been buying these for years and the birds love them. Opt to get the free home delivery online with my rewards but this time the reward wouldn't populate so got charged $69.99. Called Customer Service CS and selected call back. My phone blocked the number so I filed out the online contact form and gory no call. Filed out there form again and selected email response and over a week later still haven't heard from CS. I was going for a credit or refund for the delivery fee. First time I have had this problem online or with CS.
