I have been pretty steadfast in my use of Nuterna starter but started using this when I hatched my Seramas and Silkies last month because the crumbles where smaller and I DID NOT have to grind it for the Seramas like usual. It is much easier for them to eat and they love it. Superior crumbles and the little bits added, they love. I have also noticed less waste and less dust. Bonus - it smells great compared to others. Wont go back. I stopped using medicated starter last year medicated blocks Vit B absorption and Silkies must have VIt B for bone growth as they are prone to feet and leg issues (curled toes and such) post hatch. But also I keep the coop and run clean, no real concern honestly.
