I purchased this chicken house to replace my old chicken house that is the same model from 10 years ago. This new design has a different roof design and more roosting space inside. Only disappointment was the plastic tubs! My old one has plastic tubs that hold the shavings and makes easier cleanup.

Poor communication and customer service

Item was ordered and I was advised that it would arrive 4/24 by 4pm. When the item did not arrive, I was on hold waiting for customer service for over 3 hours before finally giving up. I will just dispute the charge.
