This stuff works great for keeping weeds away for over a year. This is not grass and weed killer. This is a weed preventer. Do not apply this to existing weeds it won't do anything. We have 8 acres of heavily wooded trails. I spray this once in fall just before a rain. This stuff loves to be worked into bare dirt or gravel. Don't apply this to an area where there are weeds. Apply glyphosate first, allow weeds to die and wait for bare ground. In fall apply a heavier than recommended portion. For example I use a very heavy mix of using all 2.5 gallons in a 30 gallons sprayer. This works out to spray my entire trails and 1/4 mile driveway and keeps weeds from growing like a charm. $180 for Pramitol. $80 for glyphosate and $20 for surfactant used with glyphosate and not Pramitol keeps my 8 acres free of weeds for a good year. Not bad for $280 annually. Would recommend but don't use it the wrong way like many have here leaving negative reviews.

I applied it to multiple weedy areas and it is supposed to last one year. A few leaves turned black but it didn't kill any of the vegetation. I suppose I should follow the directions though and apply immediately before a rain event. It was several days between my application and any rain.
