  • A: The manual specifically states: Do not modify this electric winch in any way. Unauthorized modification may impair the function and/or safety and could affect the life of the electric winch. There are specific applications for which the electric winch was designed.  Use the right tool for the job. DO NOT attempt to force small equipment to do the work of larger industrial equipment. There are certain applications for which this electric winch was designed. The tool will be safer and do the job better at the capacity for which it was intended. DO NOT use this equipment for a purpose for which it was not intended

Stopped Working

This item stopped working after using 4 times.. Upon investigating the control box, it was found that the solenoid was burnt, which was caused by the manufacture stripping one of the wire screws.. Which in turn caused a short circuit... Why wasn't this checked prior to shipping for the end user? Manufacturer and shipper responsible... will they replace??

Winch des not fit my Polaris.

The mount does not fit my Polaris! The mount doesn't line up with with any of the holes on my universal winch mount. It's a Travelar Winch on my machine now! Very disappointed!!!
