Rated 5 out of 5 by from Quiet and warm So far this has worked perfectly, I have a two story 2100sqft house and I don’t have to use the house heater at all.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Frustrated and disappointed We purchased this stove in August but didn't start using it until October. I have to say, it heats really well, when it works. At first, the only issue we had was the fuel feed alarm was a constant issue when setting to a certain temp. We fixed that by only using high or low. The next problem was the auger motor went out. No one would help us with getting that replaced. Pelpro told us we had to contact where we purchased it (TSC) TSC referred us back to Pelpro. No help, just sent in circles. So, we went online and purchased the part because it was cold and didn't have time to play. That was two weeks ago. Last night, again, the auger motor went out. If we can just get through the rest of winter, we will be purchasing a new stove from a different manufacturer and a different dealer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Repairs We bought this when we moved into a house and while it heats when operating have replaced control boards twice and very costly to replace given the unit was only used one season and board was failed at start of second season.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from 2nd review ---update Have had my tsc90 stove for 5weeks now. At first it would stop on me and show a fuel feed problem. I moved the trim setting to two. Seems to have solved the problem. I think for the money it's a nice stove and you have to experiment with the settings. Not all that quiet but it fits our decor and keeps us toasty. About a bag a day on low.

What is the best type of pellets to use for this stove?

Asked by: waterguy34
We recommend "low-ash" pellets so you save time cleaning your stove. Generally, the cheapest pellet is not always the best. Spending a little more on pellets will save you time throughout the heating season.

I will be piping the pellet stove into my 6” thimble from my old wood stove. The chimney has an individual flue for this and I've also had excellent draft. Do you recommend 3" or 4" stove pipe for this installation? Thank you!

Asked by: Keithbeard
The installation manual has helpful diagrams and a chart that shows when you would need to go to 4" but if you are converting to 6" chimney we highly recommend minimizing the number of elbows and using a clean out tee at the bottom to make future cleaning easier.
