Rated 1 out of 5 by from Product sold with company knowing defect. We bought this stove a couple months ago and have had problems ever since. Once the stove gets up to temperature instead of going on standby, it read fuel feed alarm and needs to be reset. We have to get up a couple times a night to reset it, every time we come home the house is cold because the stove has shut off. We have called costumer service many times and they are useless. They admit that it's a know problem but have not tried to help. They gave us two options, one they said to adjust the trim- which didn't work, the stove still shut off and then the flame was way too big. The second option was for us to go purchase an external thermostat. We choose this stove model specifically for the automatic thermostat, which doesn't work at all. It's ridiculous for us to have to go buy something to try in the brand new stove we just spent a lot of money on.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Control board failed again I wrote a review less than four weeks ago. I am not allowed to mention numerous things, so suffice it to say we experienced a problem with the new control panel after a few weeks and we needed another replacement and the steps to get it done are frustrating. Quality seems to be an issue.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Buyer beware! I Purchased the stove in September 2016 installed it in October and had nothing but problems ever since. I've had fuel feed errors and now I'm getting them error 05 which means I have to replace the circuitboard. Customer service is basically worthless! The only reason I'm still calling them is because its still under warranty. they're not cheap and I hate to see somebody throw the money away on the stove.

What is the best type of pellets to use for this stove?

Asked by: waterguy34
We recommend "low-ash" pellets so you save time cleaning your stove. Generally, the cheapest pellet is not always the best. Spending a little more on pellets will save you time throughout the heating season.

Can you give me a picture of the outlet I need to know if the outlet is in the middle of the stove or where it's at

Asked by: Shadlee
The exhaust outlet on the stove favors the left side. Diagrams are available in the Owner's Manual: http://downloads.hearthnhome.com/installManuals/PELPRO_CAST_IRON_PELLET_FS_PPC90_TSC90_INSTALL_OWNERS_7093_600.pdf
