a year ago- A: There is a one year warranty on electronic components and a five year warranty on steel components. This warranty is only for components. Installation and any technician fees are not covered. Warranty does not cover damage or breakage due to misuse, improper handling or modifications. There is no warranty on the paint, glass, fire pot, or any gaskets, or against damage caused from corrosion. There is no expressed or implied performance warranty on PelPro units as HHT has no control over the installation, operation, cleaning, maintenance, or type of fuel burned. For any returns, refunds, or exchanges on the unit as a whole, you would have to contact the store which you purchased it from.a year agoHelpful?

Q: Im a bit confused about where the ashes go if there is no ash collection system…do the ashes stay in the burn pot? If thats the case, you’d have to clean the stove every day of ashes, correct?
