Ohio Steel Tow-Behind 15 cu. ft. Poly Swivel Lawn Tractor Dump Cart, 1,000 lb. Capacity

Bought this what I thought would be brand new and paid for shipping. It arrived completely rusty - the axle is covered in rust, the hitch pin/tongue area is scratched and rusted, there is a layer of dirt in the bed, the foot dump pedal is rusted. The rim of the tire around the edge and the schrader valve is also all rusted. There is also grease on the axle/wheel hub... If I am paying hundreds of dollars I expected to not receive a damaged product. This should be pristine.

Didn’t realize it would be the display model when ordered to pick up. It was okay but rusted some on the bottom and the axle.

This unit comes unassembled and requires assembly. The large triangular unit for the bottom and axle was warped and bent and needed to be muscled into position. It pulls well and holds a good amount of weight. However, the lip on the rear of the unit is an unnecessary piece. When you go to dump the load from the trailer, everything gets caught on the lip and causes you to have to shovel the load out before pulling away. If the rear wall was sloped all the way to the brim, it would make dumping easier and remove an unnecessary step.
