Auto ship - Terrible

Four months in a row auto ship has not gone smoothy - I gave had to call customer service each month to get the order process and delivered. This systerm is deplorable. Only the first order was auto shipped without any problem. Since then it has never happen without me calling customer service and then it is delivered 3 days later. The Rodie system of delivery is also a problem. Be aware of you want auto ship.....
