- A: The date code is located at the bottom of the bag on the long white strip (same strip that you pull the string to open on the top of the bag) that has the stitching going through it. This date code is the date of manufacture and will begin with the year (which will appear as a 6 for 2016), then the month, the day, three letters for the plant and 1 more number for the shift it was manufactured. Great feed poor customer experience

I really like this grain, I see good results but the store is inconsistent. Without warning they said it was discontinued, there was no warning and no reason. No store within a 60 mile radius had it. Anyone with a little bit of horse sense knows how potentially dangerous it is to switch horse feed. Now it’s back just that quickly and management claims they don’t know why or how long it will stay.

I like the senior blend for my horses. They keep the weight on even thru the winter. My horses feel better. I can feed it all year without having to deal with it being a hot feed.. They feel better, look better and overall health is better. I have use this feed for the past 5 years and probably will not change.

We have been using this grain for a while but none of the stores close to me are carrying it anymore. I have checked Troy, Bowling Green, Louisiana, Hannibal, and Warrenton. I had to switch brands as I can no longer find this product in stores.
