I purchased two of these feeders online and had to pick up at a store that was not my normal pickup store in Brooksville Florida. I purchased them for $169.99 each picked up in Homosassa tractor supply store. The negative review is no reflection whatsoever on the Homosassa store or its staff who are very pleasant and helpful. The gentleman that brought the two feeders out to my vehicle for me put them in the back of my truck for me and was very helpful as you could see my right leg was in a brace and I had had difficulty walking when I got back and went to install these units there was a very clear price tag tags on the units for 149.99 from that store. That gentleman had no way of knowing that I paid $20 more each. I did not see the price tags until I unloaded my truck several hours later . I have a picture of the price tags however it doesn't look like I can upload them for some reason I attempted to contact customer service and was placed on hold for a long period of time finally I left the callback number so they would call me back no one ever called me back. I should be reimbursed the $20 per unit that I was overcharged.
