Let's the cold and wind in. I wouldn't put more than 3 small hens in it. Wood feels unfinished. If it wasn't already put together I'd return it. Was easy to put together though, if that's anything. Your choice if you want to spend this much on cheap vinyl protection from the elements for your birds. Does not insulate well.
