12-9-6 is NOT bloom boosting, is it?

I don’t understand why Liquafeed Bloom Booster is 12-9-6. Your own website, and every gardening website in the world, reflects the middle # as the most important for flowers. Your own soluble product for the old style feeder is 15-30-15. Why is this different? I like the convenience of the Liquafeed but want 15-30-15. Now I’m not sure what you are actually selling me so I will no longer use it.

Killed my plants

It doesn't come with instructions for mixing with water if you aren't using their applicator. I tried adding a small amount to a watering can and watered my plants, apparently it was too much and killed half of my plants.
