Q: What's wrong with these things? I have returned one twice. They won't stay lit and won't have no pressure. Says something about you have to turn the propane bottle off to bleed off the pressure. I've done it dozens of times. Might work one out of 10 tries
a month ago- A: Thank you for taking the time to share your experience . We’re sorry for the frustration you’ve had with this torch. That’s certainly not the performance we expect, especially after multiple attempts and returns. Consistent ignition and proper pressure are critical, and it’s clear this hasn’t been working as intended for you despite following the recommended bleeding procedure. We’d encourage you to contact our customer support team directly so we can help troubleshoot the issue or determine the best next step, including replacement or refund options. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we can help make this right.a month agoHelpful?

A torch so safe that you can’t use it!
Please ensure the propane cylinder is fully secured and that you’re using a compatible, properly filled tank. If you’ve already followed all setup and lighting instructions and the torch still isn’t functioning, we’d like to help troubleshoot further or explore a replacement.
