What a mess

I ordered online for pickup. You gave me the wrong brand product to start. Then got the wrong model, and I had to take it back the next day. Then the staff there debated with me about that there was no difference between the 140 and the 140EZ. They are two separate models. Not the same ones.

Amazing customer service

I had an issue with a Lincoln welder I bought.
The internal breaker wouldn’t quit tripping right out of the box.
Marla at the (Clearlake) store went above and beyond and helped me trade it for a welder of a different brand. She discounted it to make up for my time and was an absolute sweetheart. If I could give 10 stars I would.
