Not worth the price

Very difficult to snap together, very small, and whenever you move it it comes apart making it hard to clean. Needs a lid as well or top as well since The chicks can roost on the heatplate shown and fly out.

Bought out necessity

I received 4 chicks as a gift and needed something immediately because it was still pretty cold out. This is all that was in stock. I believe it is definitely overpriced for what it is and by the time my chicks were a few weeks old they were jumping out and running around my garage. I am currently looking for a better brooder because now that we have put it in storage, when I took it out it was warping and pieces of wood were splitting. It’s not even a year old. I would invest in something better and safer.

Unfortunately, this fell apart within one week. It is really a one time use type of item and will not last for more than one group of chicks.
