Ideal OB Lube is an all-purpose, non-spermicidal lubricating gel for use in obstetrical, vaginal, and rectal examinations. Designed to be non-irritating, it can be used on an operator's hands, arms, and examination tools, as well as with catheters and stomach tubes. For animal use only.Apply liberally as needed and use at room temperature. Store at room temperature and keep container tightly closed

I don't know what these guys are on about I use it on myself all the time and it is completely fine. Needs reapplying every so often but it gets the job done.

This does not work very well. Does not provide enough slipperyness to assist with sliding in. In past i used another brand an didnt think it would matter. But it does.
