I'm very pleased with the customer service and the technical service I received from Harvest Right. I was helped by Giovanni who help me step by step understanding my mistakes with the oil pump, cleaning it, checking the pump's pressure, running tests.... I learned a lot in the process, and feel more confident to do the maintenance of my freeze dryer in the future.

I love my freeze dryer and have been using it regularly for years. Just recently I had an issue with it and called customer support. They were very helpful and walked me through the repair. Their videos are clear and easy to follow. Highly recommend!

The way the product was packaged and strapped to the pallet was very good as it is a very heavy item. It made it much easier to move about by hand. Tractor Supply received, handled, and transferred with fork-truck to my van with practiced ease, We off loaded it with ramp boards and a small floor trolley. Once in the house we cut the straps and unpacked and inspected each piece in the package. It all looks good at this point. We need to get a cart that can roll and has leveling nuts to set it on before we try it out of the first time. The freeze dryer only has metal 'nubs' on each of the four corners for feet, and the unit needs to sit level for operation. So far, so good.
