I BOUGHT ALL ONLINE AND IT WAS EASY FOR A 71 YEARS OLD NOT TOO INTERNET WISE, I GOT ALL THE INFO I NEEDED, EVEN THE USERS MANUAL, AND EVEN I GOT A 10%DISCOUNT USING THE PROVIDED CODE, THAT MADE ME SO HAPPY BECAUSE I NEED TO PAY CREDIT CARD INTEREST ON THIS NEEDED LONG TIME PLANNED PURCHASE, BUT I HATED THOSE PLASTIC DEHYDRATORS, SMALL AND I DID NOT TRUSTED THEM, I FOUND THE REAL DEAL, SOMETHING THAT I CAN LEAVE TO MY FAMILY WHEN I DIED (WHEN YOU ARE 71 YOU DO NOT KNOW IF YOU WILL WAKE UP THE NEXT MORNING).

I've been using this dehydrator for about a month now, and I'm still discovering new uses for it. It's been great for preserving herbs, making fruit snacks, and even drying out bread for croutons.
