We bought this hoping it would work ok. We have been experimenting and extremely happy with everything we have done so far. Can’t fault it. The silicone mats are fantastic too.

Bought recently and had a couple of beginner test runs with various fruits (including tomatoes). Works very well. Quality of the appliance is very good. I wish I could get a similar size freeze dry dehydrator as well.
