We absolutely love our Harvest Right! Easy to set up and use. I love having peace of mind in knowing we have a supply of food to rely on. Being able to control what goes in our meals is so important. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it. No regrets here!

I am sure this would be great...if it worked. Screen flickers, cannot select options so cannot run tests or run a cycle. This was after waiting for 2 months to receive it and dead out of the box. Awesome.

Great product that is very easy to use. I had an issue with a frozen screen and customer service forwarded the problem to their Tech Support team. My Tech Rep Helena was most courteous and knowledgable and showed great patience and understanding as she walked me through the troubleshooting process until the problem was resolved. I recently upgraded to the Medium Pro Freeze Dryer from Harvest and it is amazing. It is super efficient and the product comes out perfect every time. I highly recommend it!! Harvest Right customer service is top notch as well.
