This machine is an expensive paper weight. Harvest right tech support takes months to help with the machines that break constantly (I sadly own 11 for a business). Each machine has a 3 month life span before major issues happen where you have to send the freeze dryer back to Utah to get serviced, but only after months of communication and constant rep changes due to leaving the company. Highly recommend another brand and not getting the HR.

I was so excited to receive this. My new Harvest Right Freeze Dryer isn't the most expensive, or even biggest model, in fact it's the small one, but they were running an incredible sale on them, so I snatched one up while I could! Only problem is...out of the box the vacuum pump wouldn't engage from the freeze dryer. It would engage when plugged into the wall, but never when plugged into the Harvest Right itself. I called late on a Sunday after trying to run my first batch, and I got someone in customer service, who setup an appointment for me with Denisha in escalations. Denisha called me a couple minutes after 2pm, two days later, and walked me through troubleshooting, as well as teardown of my new freeze dryer. While the amount of hex head screws was annoying to deal with, the issue was simple, a wired had popped off the plug terminal for the vacuum pump, so it wasn't completing a circuit. After she sent me detailed teardown instructions and waited patiently with me on the phone, we managed to run diagnostics and the pump engaged with no problems! I am so happy, and as I type this review, I'm currently re-running my first batch, and so far so good! Highly recommend Harvest Right, not only for their product, but their incredible service. Our harvest right has worked beautifully and we are so pleased with the results we get. We highly recommend people to get a Harvest Right. The product is top of the line and their customer service is top tier.

The product came shipped very damaged , the TSC support folks were initially helpful in discussing but have ghosted me after our very initial conversations about repairs or replacements and are now not replying. I'd still like a resolution
