Easy to use, easy clean up and slices very well. I would buy again. I had family members over for a nice roast and sliced very thin using the valley sportsman slicer.

This is a good machine, but make sure to oil the blade after washing, I use coconut oil. Just put a bit of oil on a paper towel and rub on both sides.
