Harvest Right freeze dryer is a great product! It's easy to use, produces quality freeze dried food and has great customer support! I purchased mine in 2017,have had very few problems with it and have enough instant food to last my family at least a year!

Best investment you’ll make. Not only is freeze drying amazing space magic but the snacks and meals you can make are so tasty easy. Don’t be intimidated by the process. Harvest right has thought of everything and made it almost completely impossible to mess anything up. The app has recipes and settings for just about every food / candy. If you really wanna make it easy add the WiFi adapter it’s a game changer. With the added WiFi adapter you can simply touch the type of food or candy you want and start the freeze dryer. the dryer then changes itself to the best settings for that type of product. The hardest part honestly of the whole process is waiting. I’m a freeze dried ice cream lover which takes around 20-24 hours. Not bad but other items like skittles can be done in a few hours it’s absolutely amazing. STOP paying for over priced freeze dried goods. Make the investment and do it yourself. Also if you have any issues at all. The harvest right team is there to assist you immediately. Ai answers 24/7 or wait in tech support which was also extremely fast. I couldn’t be happier with my harvest right freeze dryer. My only problem is now I wish I had gone bigger.

This machine is an expensive paper weight. Harvest right tech support takes months to help with the machines that break constantly (I sadly own 11 for a business). Each machine has a 3 month life span before major issues happen where you have to send the freeze dryer back to Utah to get serviced, but only after months of communication and constant rep changes due to leaving the company. Highly recommend another brand and not getting the HR.
