After eyeing them for years, I finally bought a new medium Harvest Right in the beautiful copper color! I LOVE it so far! What a dang cool machine. I’ve only done a couple of batches but it’s been fun and I’ve learned a lot. It seems like a big learning curve at first but the instructions were very thorough and helpful and the process isn’t as complicated as I thought it would be. The Harvest Right app has been pretty awesome–there’s plenty of recipes and support options on there (I will say the chat bot is helpful overall but does get confused sometimes). I’ve also found a couple of Facebook groups that have been a great resource for ideas/tips too. I’m so excited to free up some freezer space, make some fun camping meals, make treats/gifts, and make some dog/cat treats–there’s so many things to do!

I’m so excited to have my freeze dryer, I call her Miracle!
Harvest Right allowed me to purchase my freeze dryer on lay away, otherwise I couldn’t buy one. What an incredible company to work with me & bring it to fruition. The entire transaction was flawless. The delivery seamless. And since I received my freeze dryer “Miracle,” I have been non stop freeze drying my harvest. I grow and preserve a year’s worth of food. Freeze drying is a tool I’d recommend to everyone, it reduces my preservation stress and find myself sleeping at night instead of my typical canning marathons.
I highly recommend Harvest Right. I give them 10 stars, start to finish!
