We absolutely love our Harvest Right! Easy to set up and use. I love having peace of mind in knowing we have a supply of food to rely on. Being able to control what goes in our meals is so important. If you're on the fence about getting one, just do it. No regrets here!

I am sure this would be great...if it worked. Screen flickers, cannot select options so cannot run tests or run a cycle. This was after waiting for 2 months to receive it and dead out of the box. Awesome.

Full of Scratches

The Harvest right freeze drier is an amazing device. But be catous buying from Tractor Supply. I ordered my online, and had to drive 2 hours to puck it up due to no stock at my local store. They loaded the unit in my vehicle but when I got home, the unit was.full of scratches on the door and top of the unite. Tractor supply did credit me for the damages. But if the would keep the units in the box, instead of displaying in the store, they would not scratch. I love my unite but hate look and the door scratches

We’ve had our freeze dryer for about a year now and the touch screen wasn’t working properly. A quick call with Helena at Tech Support and she was able to diagnose the problem. A few days later I received a new touch screen and USB board. After a quick video I was able to install it pretty effortlessly. Turned it on and works great! Great product and even better Tech Support
