Great buy for Biltong lovers

I bought this about six month ago to cure meat. It works wonderful. It is easy to use and clean. Can make large amount of whatever you need. I have been using it for Biltong(a South African type of jerky) and its perfect everytime.

I have only used my dehydrator twice to make deer jerky but I am very well pleased. It’s easy to use, easy to clean and all the trays seem to dry evenly, though I still rotate trays once during the drying time. I like that it’s stainless steel and has a timer so it shuts off on its own. I would recommend it to everyone I know.
